Transportation & Accommodation Services:
1) Visa Information:
No Entry Visa needed for Kish Island to attend the IMEX2007
Exhibition, i.e. foreign nationals who directly enter Kish
Island form abroad, do not need to obtain a visa. Those who
intend to travel to the mainland of Iran before or after
entering Kish Island, must apply for an entry visa in due
time.
2) Transportation and Hotel:
Participants whose connection flights are via Dubai Intl.
Airport may take one of the direct daily flights to Kish
Islands by Kish Airline. Alternatively, visitors and
exhibitors can apply for services with following details
which will be arranged by the exhibition organizing
committee for those participants apply and pay the
corresponding fees before deadline.
These special services are as follows:
(i) Ticket flight from Dubai intl.
to Kish Island and vice versa
(ii) Transport services in Kish Island during IMEX2007
exhibition.
(iii) 5 * hotel reservation for exhibition period, 11 to 14
Dec. 2007, at special exhibition low
rates based on availability and on a first come first serve
basis.
(iv) Excursions and Tours in Kish Island. The exciting
sightseeing of Kish Island appeals to nature lovers and
Travelers seeking refuge from the trapping of civilization.
The interested participants are then kindly
requested to fill in the following form with their personal
details as well as arrival and departure dates in Dubai
Intl. Airport and other appropriate fields, to sign the form
and to send it back by fax to IMEX2007, fax No. +98 (21)
22375084 by the deadline (1
Nov. 2007).
Upon receiving your application
form, we will send you the official form of agreement
including the final invoice.
